RUSH ORDERS
ALL ORDERS REQUESTED TO BE COMPLETED WITHIN 4 BUSINESS DAYS WILL INCUR A RUSH FEE OF $15 PER ORDER, OR 30% OF THE COST OF THE ORDER BEFORE TAX, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
We always have an open docket of pending orders, so by requesting a rush order, we are agreeing to advance your order in our queue, while also completing the orders that we have already promised to customers. Thank you for understanding our policy.
PERSONAL ITEMS
We GUARANTEE satisfaction on items which we source and sell in our shop.
All personal items not sold in our shop MUST be examined by one of our engravers to determine suitability for engraving and turnaround time. The cost of engraving a personal item begins at $35.00 for small items, and the price will increase based on size, complexity, and extent of design and set-up. All personal items require a proof AND customer approval prior to engraving.
Turnaround time is typically 2 weeks unless you would like to do a “RUSH” order. Our Rush fee is $15 or 30% of the order total before tax, whichever is greater. We DO NOT guarantee satisfaction on items which we do not sell.
When you leave a personal item to be engraved, there is a risk that your item will not hold up to our engraving process, or that it may turn out differently than expected.

Engraving on watches is determined on a case by case basis. We do not offer personalization services for: Leather, Electronics, Weapons, Bullets, Plastic Items, Bibles, or Rings. We do not emboss leather, but have a local vendor recommendation, and are happy to share this information.
